There is no application fee or additional cost to apply for Master of Science in Nursing program. Admissions Representatives are available to assist you through all of the steps of the application process. Please contact an Admissions Representaitve Stanbridge at (949) 794-9090 for assistance.

Master of Science in Nursing Admissions Requirements:

  • You must have a current, unencumbered U.S RN licensure
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution
  • Official Transcripts from all universities or colleges and other post-secondary educational institutions (including trade schools) attended

Admissions Process:

Stanbridge College Online accepts applications on an open enrollment basis. There is no fee to apply to this program. To apply, please follow the following steps:

  1. Please call your Admissions Representative for assitance in obtaining and completing the application form

  2. Send all Official Transcripts from all universities or colleges and other post-secondary educational institutions (including trade schools) attended to Stanbridge College attention: Registrar

MSN Credits

The total number of credits required to be granted to the Master of Science in Nursing degree is 48.

MS in Nursing degree courses can be taken in a non-sequential order. Applications are accepted on an open enrollment.

Transfer Credits

Students will receive credits for completed coursework. Stanbridge College Online requires specific coursework to be completed prior to admission into the MS in Nursing degree program. However, most of these courses are included in your bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science) and associate's degree (Associate of Arts or Associate of Science) program from an accredited institution.

All nursing core courses are required to be completed by all students. Students may choose to specialize in either Nursing Educator or Nursing Executive Electives to complete the rest of the required 48 credits. MS in Nursing degree courses can be taken in a non-sequential order with the exception of the capstone/Directed Research project. All students are required to complete a Capstone or Directed Research project at the end of their MS in Nursing program.
